Leasing of premises in the Handwierkerhaff at Wolser B in Dudelange/Bettembourg

As part of efforts to revitalise local crafts and support sustainable economic development, the Ministry of the Economy is launching a public call for applications for the establishment of craft businesses in the Handwierkerhaff at Wolser B in Dudelange/Bettembourg.

Eligibility criteria:

Businesses carrying out a for-profit craft activity may take part in this call for applications.

The following are excluded from this call for applications:

  • Service activities that do not fall within the craft sector;
  • Activities consisting exclusively of the storage of materials;
  • Activities requiring regular customer reception on site.

Premises offered:

The premises offered for lease are modular and include:

  • Ground-floor workshops in the form of units of approximately 200 m² or 400 m²;
  • Offices and workshops on the upper floor, with varying floor areas.
